Aptamil® Comfort Formula 800gm from Birth- 12 Month

Aptamil® Comfort is a specialised infant formula designed for the dietary management of colic and constipation in babies from birth to 12 months. As a food for special medical purposes, it should be used under medical supervision and guidance from your healthcare professional.

The formula contains partially hydrolysed whey protein — protein that has already been broken down — making it easier for a young digestive system to process than standard infant milk. Reduced lactose content helps lessen fermentation in the gut, which is a common trigger for trapped wind and colic-related crying. A prebiotic GOS/FOS (9:1) blend works to promote softer stools, which can bring meaningful relief to babies struggling with constipation. The naturally thicker consistency slows feeding slightly, reducing the amount of air swallowed during each feed — a simple change that many parents notice makes a difference at wind-down time. The 800 g tin provides a generous supply, reducing how often you need to restock.

Note that once prepared, the formula may separate; a vigorous shake of the bottle re-combines it fully. Use a variable-flow or medium-to-fast-flow teat for best results.
