Its heavy-gauge hard anodised aluminium construction is twice as hard as stainless steel, meaning it resists warping even at high temperatures and distributes heat evenly across the base — no hot spots, no unevenly cooked food. The tray is oven safe up to 240°C (Gas Mark 9), so it handles everything from a weeknight tray bake to a full Sunday roast with confidence. Versatile hob compatibility — gas, halogen, ceramic, and solid plate — means you can sear or reduce a sauce directly in the tray after roasting, saving on washing up.
